Terms and Conditions

Our general Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and E-Verve ECO Ltd (“Company”) which cover, software, products and services made available.

Customer service and satisfaction is important to us, please contact us with any queries you may have in relation to these terms and conditions or general information.


In the event surveys dictate additional work is required, the customer will be advised of the requirements and associated cost beforehand. We will endeavour to reduce cost impact as far as practical without compromising installation standards.

Survey dates will be pre-agreed with the customer, a local Energy Surveyor will endeavour to maintain allocated time slots and contact prior to arrival. Following survey grant contribution levels will be calculated and customers will be advised of any contribution required if grant funding does not cover 100% of the cost of works.

Limitations of liability

Nothing in this agreement in any way limits or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything which may not legally be excluded or limited.

If applicable eligibility for government grant funding will be verified prior to installation. If evidence to support claim is not provided in adequate time the company reserves the right to invoice the outstanding balance to the customer for payment.

Damage or modification to installations by third parties shall remain the responsibility of the customer / client.

Pricing / Payment

Quotations are valid for 60 days upon receipt of offer

For home users’ payments shall be made in full upon completion of work via bank transfer, our customer service team will provide payment details upon handover of commissioned charge point.


A minimum 48hours notice is required for cancellation of home user works.

In the event of cancellation, the company will endeavour to return or re-use materials at no cost.


The company will instruct local expert installer to undertake the install of ECO3 measures. This will be undertaken with manufacturers recommendations and regulatory standards and a certificate for the installation will be provided by the local installer.

A 12month warranty is provided by boiler manufacturer covering adherence to specification, material defects and material workmanship.

Any defects shall be reported in the first instance to [email protected] for further investigation.

Applicable law:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
